Neil Parrot, the Managing Director and Founder of Boreas Contracts, brings over 20 years of industry experience and a visionary approach to the company. Known for his team-oriented leadership, Neil has cultivated a culture of collaboration and excellence, positioning Boreas Contracts as a trusted provider. His dedication to best in class, innovation and exceptional standards ensures that every project delivers outstanding results for our clients.
Victoria founded the business with Neil in 2020 and has a wealth of experience within the sector.
Her late father also ran a successful business sin this sector so for over 20 years so Victoria grow up with the knowledge of and the best practice of what could be delivered.
Starting this business with her husband forged the excellent foundation which upon Boreas has grown over the past 3 years from strength to strength
Matt Bever, Head of Design at Boreas Contracts, with 20 years’ experience in the sector and is a technical expert. Since joining the company at its inception, Matt has played a key role in shaping our design approach, ensuring each project meets our high standards. His expertise and innovative thinking bring client visions to life with meticulous attention to detail.
Jayne brings extensive expertise to support businesses in navigating complex challenges and driving strategic growth. She has led consulting engagements for multi-million-pound accounts across the UK, focusing on sales growth, business development, and sustainable practices. Collaborating at the C-Suite level, Jayne partners with companies in sectors such as warehousing, facilities, construction, and logistics, delivering bespoke solutions that foster transformation and long-term success.
Since joining Boreas Contracts in 2024, she has been instrumental in developing sales and operational processes, defining value propositions, and enhancing key account management.
Additionally, Jayne oversees all commercial aspects of the business, including new acquisitions and growth within the construction and maintenance sectors, ensuring effective marketing and retention strategies are implemented.
Jack Gale, Project Director at Boreas Contracts, has been with the company since its founding, bringing 15 years of expertise in internal and external white wall installations. His in-depth knowledge and commitment to quality play a pivotal role in delivering the high standards Boreas Contracts is known for. Jack’s dedication to precision and craftsmanship ensures every project meets and exceeds client expectations.
Jodie Dennis has been with Boreas Contracts since its inception, playing a vital role in the company’s growth and success. As General Manager, she leads our in-house support, overseeing invoicing and purchase orders to ensure streamlined operations and a seamless experience for our clients.
